单曲度化铣蒙皮数字化精确制造技术

摘  要:目前,在飞机单曲度化铣蒙皮制造过程中,还未完全做到数字量传递,多是采用数字量加模拟量的协调方法生产零件。本文主要论述了如何通过全数字量协调、制造达到单曲度化铣蒙皮精确制造的目标,实现飞机钣金行业数字化制造能力的提升。以某新机型研制为契机,本文阐述了技术人员应用全数字量协调法,采用先进的数字化设备,实现单曲度化铣蒙皮精确制造的方法。

Digital Precision Manufacturing Technology for Single Curvature Milling Skin

Abstract:At present,in the manufacturing process of aircraft single curvature milling skin,digital quantity transfer has notbeen achieved completely,and most parts are produced by the coordinated method of digital quantity plus analog quantity. This papermainly discusses how to achieve the goal of precise manufacturing of single curvature milling skin through full digital coordination andmanufacturing,and how to improve the digital manufacturing capability of aircraft sheet metal industry. Taking the development of a newtype of machine as an opportunity,this paper expounds the method that technicians use full digital coordination method and advanceddigital equipment to realize the precise manufacturing of single curvature milling skin.
