气动阀门常见故障及处理方法

摘  要:当前,气动阀门已经被广泛应用在石油、电力、化工、冶金等工业行业中,并构成了工业自动化系统中不可或缺的一部分。但是在气动阀门的使用过程中,在各种因素的影响下会发生故障,一旦气动阀门出现故障,将对整个系统的运行造成直接影响,因此针对气动阀门常见故障及时采取有效的处理方法非常必要。通过分析发现气动阀门在运行过程中主要存在着气动阀门的泄漏量增加、动作不稳定、振动、动作迟钝、气动阀门不动作等故障,并针对导致这些故障的原因提出了相应的处理方法,最后再通过案例分析的方法归纳了故障处理方法的应用,希望能够为相关工作者处理气动阀门故障提供参考。

Pneumatic Valve Common Faults and Treatment Methods

Abstract:At present,pneumatic valves have been widely used in petroleum,power,chemical,metallurgical and other industrial industries,and constitute an indispensable part of industrial automation systems. However,during the use of pneumatic valves,failures will occur under the influence of various factors. Once the failure of the pneumatic valve will directly affect the operation of the entire system,it is necessary to take effective treatment methods for the common faults of pneumatic valves. Through analysis,it is found that during the operation of the pneumatic valve,there are mainly faults such as increased leakage of the pneumatic valve,unstable operation,vibration,slow movement,and non-action of the pneumatic valve,and corresponding treatment methods are proposed for the causes of these failures. Finally,Then the application of the fault treatment method is summarized by the method of case analysis,and it is hoped to provide reference for the related personnel’s pneumatic valve fault treatment.
