摘 要:随着社会的不断进步,我国科技发展速度也在不断提升。在自动化技术不断完善的过程中,其安全性和稳定性也有了非常大的提升。这使得我国越来越多的行业都积极地运用自动化技术来开展生产,对我国社会的高速进步以及经济的发展提供了非常大的帮助。在这样的情况下,我国各行各业对于机械自动化的安全性以及稳定性的重视程度都非常高。本文针对机械自动化设备安全管理的重要意义进行了简述,并结合机械自动化设备应用中存在的问题,对如何更好地提升机械自动化设备设计的安全控制管理质量提出了一些建议。

Abstract:With the continuous progress of our society,the speed of science and technology development in China is also constantly improving. In the process of continuous improvement of automation technology,its safety and stability have also been greatly improved. This has enabled more and more industries in China to actively use automation technology to carry out production,which has greatly helped the rapid development of our society and the development of the economy. Under such circumstances,the importance of the safety and stability of mechanical automation in all walks of life in China is very high. This paper briefly introduces the importance of safety management of mechanical automation equipment,and combines the problems existing in the application of mechanical automation equipment,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the safety control management quality of mechanical automation equipment design.
