摘 要:本文用西门子新一代SIMATIC S7-300T 型CPU+SINAMICS S120 对已经停产的西门子SINUMERIK840D+611系统控制的重轨加工线锯钻床设备进行升级改造,构建了相应技术改造方案。方案使用了通用型CPU,产品与其他在线设备重合,备件通用性较强,同时技术人员不用再参加培训就能对改造后的设备进行维护,改造后的设备通讯功能完全兼容原系统,驱动采用新一代S120 系统,同时具备多种控制模型及定位功能,很好地实现了设备工艺要求,改造后的锯钻床设备不仅能提高工作的可靠性、减少故障、降低成本,还可提高工作效率。

Modification of Saw Drilling Machine System Based on Siemens S7-300T CPU and S120 Inverter

Abstract:In this paper,Siemens new generation SIMATIC S7-300T CPU+SINAMICS S120 is used to upgrade the heavy rail processing wire saw drilling machine controlled by SINUMERIK840D+611 system,and the corresponding technical transformation scheme is constructed. The scheme uses general CPU,the product coincides with other on-line equipment,and the spare parts are more versatile. At the same time,technicians can maintain the improved equipment without any training. The communication function of the improved equipment is fully compatible with the original system,driving the new generation of S120 system,and possessing a variety of control models and positioning. The function of the sawing and drilling machine can well meet the technical requirements of the equipment. The improved sawing and drilling machine can not only improve the reliability of the work,reduce the failure,reduce the cost,but also improve the work efficiency.
