摘 要:锅炉压力容器焊接技术在我国的工业生产中发挥着十分重要的作用,随着现代市场经济的飞速发展,企业对锅炉的需求量也越来越大。随着需求的日益增加,锅炉压力容器焊接自动化技术也逐渐变得更加全面,所以要选择科学的技术进行应用,还应综合考虑经济性、安全性和稳定性。锅炉是一种比较特殊的设备,而现在的企业对锅炉的容积和压力等相关方面的技术要求也越来越高,结合现在市场的需求,就要求在锅炉铸造方面必须采用十分先进的技术,特别是相应的焊接技术。现在的厂家在生产的过程中大都运用了自动化焊接技术,并取得了非常不错的成果。

Application of Welding Automation Technology for Boiler and Pressure Vessel

Abstract:Boiler pressure vessel welding technology plays a very important role in China’s industrial production. With the rapid development of modern market economy,the demand for boilers is increasing. With the increasing demand,the welding automation technology of boiler and pressure vessel is more comprehensive. Therefore,to choose scientific technology for application,we should also consider the economy,safety and stability. Nowadays,the volume and pressure of boilers are becoming more and more important in enterprises. As a special kind of equipment,combined with the current market demand,the boiler casting must adopt very advanced technology,especially the corresponding welding technology. In the process of production,most manufacturers now use automatic welding technology,and have achieved very good results.
