基于PLC 与编码器实现的堆取料机夹角保护

摘  要:随着环保要求的不断提高,露天煤场正逐渐被封闭式圆形储煤罐所代替,圆形储煤罐因储量大、损耗小、可同时进行堆取料自动化作业等优点受到储煤耗煤用户的青睐。自动化程度高的新设备在给用户带来全新使用体验的同时,也对用户设备管理特别是安全管理提出了更高的要求,庞大的堆取料机自动状态下且无人值守运行,如回转过程中发生碰撞将造成严重后果。通过对圆形储煤罐堆取料机夹角保护的跟踪分析,发现原厂家配置的保护形式单一且存在失效的可能性,利用程控系统和脉冲编码器自主编程,在程控系统增加堆取料机夹角保护和报警功能,可有效起到保护作用。

Angle Protection of Stacker-Reclaimer Based on PLC and Encoder

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,open-pit coal yard is gradually replaced by closed circular coal storage tank,which is favored by coal storage and coal consumption users because of its large storage capacity,low loss and the ability to simultaneously automate stacking and reclaiming operations. New equipment with high degree of automation is bringing users a brand-new experience of use. At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for user equipment management,especially for safety management. The huge stacker-reclaimer operates unattended at the same time in the automatic state,and the collision will cause serious consequences in the process of rotation. Through tracking and analyzing the angle protection of the stacker-reclaimer of circular coal storage tank,it is found that the protection form of the original manufacturer is single and there is possibility of failure. Using program control system and pulse encoder to program independently,the angle protection and alarm function of the stacker-reclaimer can be added to the program control system,which can effectively play a protective role.
