摘 要:3D 打印是一种新兴的实体制造技术。本文主要是针对送丝机构进行了优化分析,对打印机送丝驱动力进行了计算,并分析了送丝机构对熔融态聚合物丝材在挤出机构内部流动行为的影响,利用数值仿真手段分析了压力- 聚合物流动速度之间的关系,优化了聚合物在喷嘴内的流动特性,验证了喷嘴形状和结构参数对打印精度的影响。

Optimization Design of Wire Feeder for 3D Printing Equipment of Fused Deposition Modeling Technology

Abstract:Three dimensional printing is a new entity manufacturing technology. In this paper,the optimization of wire feeding mechanism is analyzed,the driving force of printer wire feeding is calculated,and the influence of wire feeding mechanism on the flow behavior of molten polymer wire in the extrusion mechanism is analyzed. The relationship between pressure and polymer flow velocity is analyzed by means of numerical simulation,the flow characteristics of polymer in the nozzle are optimized,and the nozzle shape and The influence of structure parameters on printing accuracy.
