摘 要：智能化建筑在我国起步于上世纪90 年代中后期，一直处于持续的发展中。直到21 世纪的今天，随着我国经济突飞猛进的发展及信息技术日新月异的发展，智能化建筑与安防系统紧密结合当今社会发展的需求，逐步走向了标准化、智能化、系统化的轨道，为人们的生活提供了相当程度的便捷，满足了人们生产生活的需求，其市场前景更是有待开发。基于此，本文首先介绍了智能化建筑与安防系统的概况及建筑智能化的四大特点，随后从物业管理、绿色建筑、传媒中心建设三方面介绍了智能化与安防系统的应用，最后系统阐述了智能化建筑与安防系统在未来的发展趋势。

Application and Development of Intelligent Building and Security System

Abstract：The development of intelligent building in China started in the late 90s of last century，and has been in continuous development. Until twenty-first Century，with the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid development of information technology，the intelligent building and security system are closely integrated with the demands of today's social development to a standardized，intellectualized and systematized track. It provides the people's life with the convenience that can not be ignored and meets the needs of human production and life，and its market prospects are more to be developed. This article first introduces the general situation of intelligent building and security system and the four characteristics of architecture intellectualization. Then，it introduces the application of intelligent and security system from three aspects of property management，green building and media center construction. Finally，thefuture development trend of intelligent building and security system is expounded systematically.
