摘 要：数控折弯机主要对板件进行直线和弯曲加工。本文以YANGLI/ 扬力w67y--100*3200 数控折弯机为例，通过实际生产非标机床支架的实践，介绍数控折弯机的模具、工作原理、BCD-129 支架的实际展开尺寸计算方法、数控折弯机的程序编辑、模具的安装以及操作过程。

Program Editing and Processing Method of CNC Machine for Producing NonstandardMachine Tool Support

Abstract：CNC bending machine is mainly used for straight line and bending，Take YANGLI/w67y--100*3200 CNC bending machine as an example. Introduced in the actual production of non-standard machine bracket mold，the working principle of CNC bending machine，BCD - 129 support the calculation method of the size of an actual，CNC bending machine program editing and mould installation and operation process.
