基于CAD/CAE 技术的轨道车辆构架强度

摘  要:本文对CAD/CAE 技术在轨道交通行业的使用现状进行了简要概括,并以某型动车组转向架构架为研究对象,对CAD/CAE 技术的基本操作流程及可行性进行了说明。首先,通过CAD 软件Por/E 建立构架的三维实体模型,采用CAE 软件ANSYS Workbench 建立构架的有限元模型,完成了构架的强度分析及疲劳强度校核,并对构架的模态进行了分析。分析结果表明,采用CAD/CAE 技术有利于设计质量和设计效率的提升,并为后续的优化设计工作提供了分析基础。

Strength and Modal Analysis of Rail Vehicle Frame Based on CAD/CAE Technology

Abstract:This paper briefly summarizes the current situation of the use of CAD/CAE technology in the rail transit industry,and takes a certain type of steering frame as the research object,and explains the basic operation process and feasibility of the CAD/CAE technology. First,the 3D solid model of the frame is established through the CAD software Por/E,and the finite element model of the frame is established by the CAE software ANSYS Workbench. The static strength analysis and fatigue strength checking of the frame are completed,and the modal of the frame is analyzed. The analysis results show that the adoption of CAD/CAE technology is conducive to the improvement of design quality and design efficiency,and provides an analysis basis for subsequent optimization design.
