摘 要:智能制造是厦门市“十三五”发展目标,工业机器人技术作为智能制造的关键环节,人才需求日益突出,高职院校应按照工业机器人技术的核心岗位能力构建专业课程体系,培养符合工作岗位需求的工业机器人高素质技术技能人才。文章分析了厦门市智能制造背景下工业机器人人才需求、岗位需求,阐述了构建基于工作过程的工业机器人技术课程体系的思路,为工业机器人人才培养提供方向和思路。

An Analysis and Practice of the Curriculum System of Industrial Robot Technology
——Taking Xiamen Intelligent Manufacturing Talents Requirements as an Example

Abstract:Intelligent manufacturing is the development goal of the “13th Five Year Plan” of Xiamen City. As the key link of intelligent manufacturing,industrial robot technology has become increasingly prominent in talent demand. How to build a professional curriculum system according to the core post ability of industrial robot technology in higher vocational colleges and how to cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents of industrial robot that meet the post. This paper analyzes Xiamen City and its surrounding areas under the background of domain intelligent manufacturing,the demand of industrial machine talents and post demand,and expounds the system construction ideas of professional course system,and provides direction and ideas for the training of industrial robot talents.
