基于自动称重系统的预发机密度矫正技术

摘  要:EPS 制品成型前,需要用预发机将EPS 原料预发到制品需求密度,密度的稳定性与精准度对整个EPS 制品的品质优劣起着决定性的作用。浙江阿莱西澳智能装备科技有限公司研发的EPS 预发机称重反馈矫正系统,通过自动称重反馈、矫正技术,减少预发过程中的人工干预,通过PLC 控制系统,基于反馈值通过运算调整预发参数,使预发密度结果始终保持在指定值上。对该技术应用后的连续测试及统计,原料堆积密度误差保持在设定值的±1.5% 以内。

Pre-expander Density Correction Technology Based on Automatic Weighing System

Abstract:Before EPS (expandable polystyrene) products are molded,it is necessary to use a pre-expander to process the EPS raw materials to the required density .The stability and accuracy of density play a decisive role in the quality of the entire EPS product.The EPS pre-expander weighing feedback correction system developed by Zhejiang Alaixi’ao Intelligent Equipment Technology Co.,Ltd. reduces manual intervention in the pre-expansion process through the application of automatic weighing feedback and correction technology. The pre-expansion parameters are adjusted through calculations via the PLC control system based on the feedback value to enable the pre-expansion density result is always maintained at the specified value. After continuous testing and statistics after the application of this technology,the raw material accumulation density error is kept within ±1.5% of the set value.
