基于RFID 技术汽车生产线托盘自动匹配系统的设计与实现

摘  要:随着国内汽车市场竞争的日益激烈,汽车制造企业需要对不断变化的市场做出迅速的响应,所生产的产品在保证 质量的同时,还要满足顾客的个性化需求。所以,一条生产线需要满足多种车型配置共线生产,而不同车型配置的托盘与主线匹配的问题急需解决。本文介绍一种基于RFID 技术实现不同车型共线生产时托盘自动匹配的方案设计,对实现汽车自动化生产线的智能管理和有效防止误操作有着重要的现实意义。

Design and Implementation of Automatic Pallet Matching System for Automobile Production Line Based on RFID Technology

Abstract:With the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic automobile market,the automobile manufacturing enterprises need to respond quickly to the changing market. The products should guarantee the quality as well as meet the individualized demand. Therefore,a production line needs to meet a variety of vehicle production,and the matching problem of pallet to the main line is urgently needed to solve. This paper introduces a design of automatic matching of pallet based on RFID technology. It has important practicalsignificance for intelligent management of auto production line and effective prevention of misoperation.
