隔热保温箱加装真空绝热板传热系数仿真计算

摘  要:为研究隔热保温箱加装真空绝热板后对箱体综合传热系数的影响,以聚氨酯发泡隔热结构的 40 英尺隔热保温箱为研究对象,结合真空绝热板隔热特性,建立箱体各部件未加装真空绝热板和加装真空绝热板的仿真模型,通过仿真计算得出箱体传热系数。仿真结果表明,加装真空绝热板的传热面积越大,箱体综合传热系数越高。

Simulation Calculation of Heat Transfer Coefficient of Heat Insulation Box with Vacuum Insulation Panel

Abstract:In order to study the influence of vacuum insulation panel on the overall heat transfer coefficient of the box,the 40 feet insulation box with polyurethane foam insulation structure was taken as the research object. Combined with the heat insulation characteristics of the vacuum insulation panel,the simulation models of each part of the box without vacuum insulation panel and with vacuum insulation panel were established,and the heat transfer coefficient of the box was obtained through simulation calculation. The simulation results show that the larger the heat transfer area is,the higher the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient is.
