军工电子装备企业数字化工厂研究

摘  要:数字化工厂是智能制造的重点研究方向,是装备制造业数字化转型的重要内容。该文根据军用电子装备企业研制生产特点,聚焦未来智能工厂目标,研究数字化工厂相关技术在军用电子装备制造领域的应用,包括数字化工厂整体架构、制造运营系统功能组成、自动化物流与立体仓库管理和自动化脉动生产线管理。通过这些技术应用,实现关键部件多品种、小批量制造的自动化、柔性化和可视化管理,为智能制造打下良好基础。

Research on Digital Factory of Military Electronic Equipment Enterprise

Abstract:Digital factory is the key research direction of intelligent manufacturing and an important content of digital transformation of equipment manufacturing industry. According to the development and production characteristics of military electronic equipment enterprises,focusing on the goal of future intelligent factory,this paper studies the application of relevant technologies of digital factory in the field of military electronic equipment manufacturing,including the overall architecture of digital factory,the functional composition of manufacturing operation system,automatic logistics,three-dimensional warehouse management and automatic pulsating production line management. Through the application of these technologies,the automation,flexibility and visual management of multi variety and small batch manufacturing of key components are realized,which lays a good foundation for intelligent manufacturing.
