摘 要:文章采用同轴微波传输反射法测试了某种 SiC 样品的相对介电常数和相对磁导率。通过计算机微波仿真软件进行了SiC 吸波材料的厚度对 S 参数结果影响的仿真计算。开展了 SiC 吸波材料与金属材料的陶瓷金属焊接工艺试验,通过试验解决了SiC 与金属材料膨胀系数不匹配导致的 SiC 吸波材料开裂的问题。为 SiC 吸波材料在粒子加速器大科学装置中应用提供了基础条件。

Research on Application of Silicon Carbide(SiC)Materials in Particle Accelerator

Abstract:In this paper,the relative permittivity and relative magnetic permeability of a SiC sample are measured by coaxial microwave transmission and reflection method. The influence of the thickness of SiC absorbing material on the result of S parameter is simulated by computer microwave simulation software. The ceramic-metal welding process experiment of SiC absorbing material and metal material is carried out. And the problem of SiC absorbing material cracking caused by the mismatch between SiC with metal material expansion coefficient is solved through the experiment. It provides the basic conditions for the application of SiC absorbing materials in the large scientific device of particle accelerator.
