基于无人机的不同颜色风叶表面缺陷检测算法研究

摘  要:随着无人机和机器视觉算法的广泛应用,使得应用无人机构成风叶缺陷自动检测系统成为可能,由于无人机采集图像时,受采集位置、光照等随机因素影响较大,风叶叶片也会随着厂商的要求而涂有不同的颜色,因此一种检测精度高,适用性好的图像处理算法具有关键的作用,文章在研究 labview 的图像处理基本算子的基础上,提出了基于 Prewitt 算子的边缘提取缺陷检测算法,该方法能够适应不同颜色的风机叶片缺陷检测,具有检测精度高、适用性好等特点。

Research on Surface Defect Detection Algorithm of Different Color Blades Based on UAV

Abstract: With the wide application of UAV and machine vision algorithms, it is possible to use UAV to form an automatic detection system for wind blade defects. When UAV collects images, it is greatly affected by random factors such as acquisition position and illumination, and the wind blade will also be painted with different colors according to the requirements of the manufacturer. Therefore, a image processing algorithm with good applicability and high precision plays a key role. Based on the study of the basic image processing operator of labview, this paper proposes an edge extraction defect detection algorithm based on Prewitt operator. This method can adapt to the defect detection of fan blades with different colors, and has the characteristics of high detection accuracy and good applicability.
