新能源轻量化赛车的研究与设计

摘  要:为设计符合新能源汽车关键技术技能大赛轻量化赛项技术规程要求的赛车,结合竞赛方案提供的技术标准和赛车手的身材尺寸,对新能源赛车进行整体布局设计。运用中望 3D 软件进行车架、底盘、连接件的三维设计,通过 ANSYS 软件对各零部件进行有限元分析,根据分析数据对零部件进行轻量化设计。在满足材料机械性能、安全,兼顾成本的前提下,选择高强钢、铝合金、碳纤维等轻质材料作为车辆制作材料。根据设计图纸完成赛车的加工制作与装调,并完成道路试验。

Research and Design of New Energy Lightweight Racing Car

Abstract: In order to design a racing car that meets the requirements of the technical regulations for lightweight events of the new energy vehicle key technical skills competition, the overall layout design of the new energy racing car is carried out in combination with the technical standards provided by the competition scheme and the body size of the racing driver. The three-dimensional design of the frame, chassis and connecting parts is carried out by using Zhongwang 3D software, the finite element analysis of each part is carried out by ANSYS software, and the lightweight design of parts is carried out according to the analysis data. On the premise of meeting the mechanical properties, safety of materials and considering the cost, light materials such as high-strength steel, aluminum alloy and carbon fiber are selected as vehicle manufacturing materials. Complete the processing, manufacturing, assembly and adjustment of the racing car according to the design drawings, and complete the road test.
