摘 要:对污水处理厂沉砂池工艺设备的控制进行了研究,提出一种除砂系统泵与阀门智能联动的解决方案,通过标准化的参数传递,设定泵/阀门的状态判定、起始阀门编号与停止编号的判定,优化砂泵的启停条件控制,优化阀门的开阀与关阀条件,实现单泵与 4 组阀门的互锁联动,也可 1V3、1V2、1V1 组阀门联动,自动容错运行中的阀门故障,保证沉砂池除砂系统的高效稳定运行。

An Intelligent Control Scheme for Sand Removal System of Buried Sewage Treatment Plant

Abstract: This paper studies the control of the process equipment of the grit chamber of the sewage treatment plant, and puts forward a solution scheme of intelligent linkage between the pump and the valve of the sand removal system. Through standardized parameter transmission, it sets the judgment of the state of the pump/valve, the judgment of the starting valve number and the stop number, optimizes the control of the start and stop conditions of the sand pump, and optimizes the opening and closing conditions of the valve, realizes the interlocking linkage between single pump and 4 groups of valves and the linkage of 1V3, 1V2 and 1V1 groups of valves. The valve fault in operation can be automatically tolerated to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the grit chamber sand removal system.
