摘 要:全过程自动化焊接可以大幅度提高船舶的生产质量和效率,因此,提出了基于复合传感器的船舶焊接全过程自动化实现方法。基于单一电弧传感器 , 设计船舶电弧传感器跟踪模式,基于此,设计船舶焊接过程中的复合传感器;从参数测控和自动化焊接两个方面确立基于复合传感器的船舶焊接全过程自动化控制方法。实验结果表明:船舶焊接技术适用于全过程的自动化实现,融合了先进的复合传感器,将全自动智能化的焊接手法体现在实际的船舶制造中,调整焊接方式,使参数更加优质化,提高船舶制造业的精密程度。

Automatic Implementation of the Whole Process of Ship Welding Based on Composite Sensor

Abstract: The whole process automatic welding can greatly improve the production quality and efficiency of ships. Therefore, this paper proposes an implementation method of the whole process automatic welding of ships based on composite sensors. The tracking mode of ship electric arc sensor based on single electric arc sensor is designed. On this basis, the composite sensor in the welding process of ships is designed. The automatic control method of ship welding process based on composite sensor is established from two aspects of parameter measurement and control and automatic welding. The experimental results show that the ship welding technology is suitable for the automatic implementation of the whole process, integrated with advanced composite sensor, and fully automatic and intelligent welding method is reflected in the actual ship manufacturing. The welding method is adjusted, the parameters are more excellent, and the precision degree of the ship manufacturing industry is improved.
