摘 要:现代有轨电车槽型轨清洁车在工作时,车辆装载的高压射流与轨道清洁集成装置,其真空吸嘴在运行时须部分伸入轨道槽中才能发挥效用,当遇到轨道上分布的道岔路口时,可能因为不能及时躲避而对清洁工具造成损伤。文章提出了一种道岔识别系统,通过高速摄像头获取前方轨道图像并对其进行预处理及特征提取,得到轨道轮廓二值图,依据轨道特征对道岔进行检测,再向 PLC 发送信息控制液压系统抬起清洁工具,从而保证轨道清洁车工作过程的安全性和有效性。该系统对保护轨道自动清洁车和提升行驶的安全性具有指导意义及理论基础。

Design of Automatic Detection System for Trough-Type Track Turnout of Modern Tram

Abstract: When the modern tram trough-type track cleaning vehicles is working, the vacuum nozzle of the high-pressure jet loaded by the vehicle and the track cleaning integrated device must be partially extended into the track slot to play its role during operation. When encountering the turnout intersection distributed on the track, it may cause damage to the cleaning tools because it cannot dodge in time. This paper presents a turnout recognition system, which obtains the front track image through the high-speed camera, preprocesses and extracts its features, obtains the track contour binary map, detects the turnout according to the track features, and then sends information to PLC to control the hydraulic system to lift the cleaning tool, so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the track cleaning vehicle in the working process. The system has guiding significance and theoretical basis for the protection of track automatic cleaning vehicle and improving the driving safety.
