摘 要:多轴加工技术被誉为制造业的灵魂,更是潜艇螺旋桨加工的唯一手段,MasterCAM 软件一直以来是众多数控加工工程师的选择,Mastercam 2020 从加工准备,编程速度,刀路效率等方面为制造企业进一步提升生产效率提供了可能性,特别是在多轴加工策略方面有着独特的优势。文章将以 MasterCAM2020 为例,详细阐述使用 MasteCAM 加工中多轴定向加工叶轮的加工技巧,对同类零件的多轴加工有一定的参考意义。

Application Skills of Multi-Axis Impeller Machining Strategy Based on MasteCAM

Abstract: Multi-axis machining technology is known as the soul of the manufacturing industry, but also the only means of submarine propeller machining. MasterCAM software has been the choice of many CNC machining engineers, MasterCAM 2020 has provided the possibility for the manufacture enterprise to enhance the production efficiency further from machining preparation, programming speed, the tool path efficiency and so on, especially has the unique superiority in the aspect of multi-axis machining strategy. This paper will take the MasterCAM2020 as an example to elaborate the machining skills of multi-axis directional machining impeller in the Mastecam machining, which has certain reference significance for multi-axis machining of similar parts.
