摘 要:文章基于对典型端盖零件的数控加工工艺分析,完成端盖零件的数控加工工艺设计,然后使用 NX 软件完成端盖零件的三维数字模型的建模及数控加工工艺中的 CAM 自动编程,文章重点探讨如何进行零件的三维模型建立和 CAM 编程,包括常用的建模思路和如何进行建模,CAM编程中主要探讨数控车削加工中外圆柱表面的加工和数控铣削加工中的常用加工方式,通过完成这个流程进一步掌握零件的三维建模和 CAM 编程的基本过程。

3D Modeling and CAM Programming of the End Cover Part Based on NX

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the NC machining process of typical end cover parts, this paper completes the NC machining process design of end cover parts, and then uses NX software to complete the modeling of the 3D digital model of end cover parts and CAM automatic programming in the NC machining process. This paper focuses on how to establish the 3D model of parts and CAM programming, including common modeling ideas and how to model. In CAM programming, it mainly discusses the machining of the outer cylindrical surface in NC turning and the common machining methods in NC milling. By completing this process, the basic process of 3D modeling of parts and CAM programming can be further mastered.
