基于ANSYS Workbenc 的某电子单元托架的受力分析与优化

摘  要:本文针对实际应用中由于安装条件的改变而导致的电子单元托架变形及受力状态不满足使用条件的情况,运用ANSYS Workbench 仿真软件对其进行受力分析,并采取了可行的改进措施,同时结合轻量化设计的概念对改进结果进行了拓扑优化,实现了托架结构强度与重量的平衡,在解决实际应用需求的同时,为今后的结构设计和优化提供了一种可供参考的方法。 ANSYS Workbench;受力分析;托架;拓扑优化

Force Analysis and Optimization of an Electronic Unit Bracket Based onANSYS Workbenc

Abstract:This paper in view of the deformation of the electronic unit bracket and the condition that the stress state of the electronic unit bracket caused by the change of the installation conditions in practical application,the force analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench simulation software,and the feasible improvement measures are taken. At the same time,the improved results are carried out with the concept of lightweight design. Topology optimization has realized the balance between the strength and weight of the bracket structure. It provides a reference method for the future structure design and optimization while solving thepractical application demand.
