面向中职机房的智能插座硬件设计

摘  要:我校2018 年入驻郑州职教园区,学校信息中心机房日常管理面临机房增多,人员不足的现状,而且现今的设备不仅需要人员花费的大量时间逐个开关,还要随时检查运行状态,防止发生安全事故。这样在管理工作中消耗了大量的人力,效率也不高,在有些情况下还不能及时的处理紧急状况。因此,需要设计一种管理职能化、集中化,部署简单,成本低下的解决方案。本文以智能插座为原型设计,基于DL-LN33 无线自组网模块,以STC15F2K60S2 为主要部件,配合继电器,温度传感器等器件,对机房环境进行感知,并配合周围智能插座,完整自主调控,实现机房的智能化管理。

Hardware Design of Intelligent Socket for Secondary Vocational SchoolComputer Room

Abstract:Our school entered the Zhengzhou Vocational Education Park in 2018. The daily management of the computer room of the school information center is facing the increasing number of computer rooms and the shortage of personnel,and today’s devices take a lot of time for people to switch one by one,also check the running state at any time,prevent safety accidents. This has consumed a lot of manpower and efficiency in management. In some cases,it is not possible to deal with emergencies in a timely manner. Therefore, we need to design a solution of management functionalization,centralization,simple deployment and low cost. In this paper, based on the prototype of intelligent socket,based on DL-LN33 wireless ad hoc network module,STC15F2K60S2 as the main component,withrelay,temperature sensor and other devices,it is aware of the environment of the machine room,and with the surrounding intelligent
socket,complete and independent control,realize the intelligent management of the machine room.
