基于UG 的塑料模具数据加工及参数优化设计

摘  要:随着我国现代社会经济的逐渐发展,我国的塑料模具行业得到了相当迅速的发展,在塑料模具的加工行业当中,加工工艺也需要进行不断的改进以此来充分的满足现代社会的逐渐发展,在塑料模具的逐渐发展过程当中,改变了传统的模具设计方式以及制造方式,可以说为我国的塑料模具的发展打下了相当坚实的基础,因此需要对塑料模具的加工方式作出不断的探析。在本文当中,首先对我国的塑料模具的加工工艺现状进行了探析;其次对UG 软件进行了概述分析;另外对UG 软件应用在塑料模具的数控加工当中的必要性作出了分析;最后在UG 的基础上对塑料模具的加工工艺作出了详细的探析。

The Data Processing and Parameter Optimization Design of Plastic Mould Based on UG

Abstract:With the gradual development of our modern society and economy,the plastic mold industry in China has been developing very rapidly,in the processing industry of plastic mold,processing technology also needs to be continuously improved in order to fully meet the development of modern society,the gradual development process of plastic mold,mold change the traditional way of design and manufacturing,can be said that the development of plastic mold in China has laid a good solid basis,so we need the processing way to make continuously of plastic mold. In this paper,the processing technology of plastic mold in China were analyzed;secondly summarized the analysis of UG software;in addition, the necessity of UG software applied in NC machining of plastic mold is analyzed. Finally, based on UG, the processing technology of plastic mold is analyzed in detail.
