某科学试验卫星对热真空试验设备及试验区域洁净度控制要求分析

摘  要:为确保卫星的使用寿命,对于卫星上的各种敏感元件以及各种仪器都有非常严格的要求。但是影响卫星寿命的不仅仅是这些元器件自身的性能,还有各种外部的污染带来的严重影响。为此,需要对卫星的污染源、污染等级以及洁净度进行深入的研究,为延长卫星寿命提供借鉴。本文对某科学试验卫星的污染源和污染等级进行了分析,提出在其研制过程中,尤其是进行热真空试验前后,需要对热真空试验设备及试验区域的洁净度提出更高的要求。

Analysis of Cleanliness Control Requirements for Thermal Real Test Equipment and Test Area of a Scientific Test Satellite

Abstract:For all kinds of sensitive elements and instruments on satellite,the requirements are very strict. Only in this way can the service life of satellite be ensured. But it is not only the performances of these components that affect the life of satellites,but also various external contamination will bring about very serious effects. Therefore,it is necessary to study the pollution sources,pollution levels of satellites in order to provide reference for improving the life of satellites. In this paper,the pollution sources and pollution levels of a scientific test satellite are analyzed. It is pointed out that in the process of its development,especially before and after the thermal vacuum test,it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the cleanliness of the thermal test equipment and the test area.
