摘 要：广东省投资项目在线审批监管平台建设是一项重大的系统性工程，是推动政府职能转变、优化营商环境的重要手段。建设广东省投资项目在线审批监管平台是实现全省投资项目服务便捷化、项目全程监管和宏观调控的重要保障。本文介绍了广东省投资项目在线审批监管平台建设的背景、目的、主要功能和总体框架，分析了平台建设中的难点，并提出了针对性的解决思路。

Aestract：The construction of online examination and approval supervision platform for investment projects in Guangdong Provinceis a major systematic project and an important means to promote the transformation of government functions and optimize businessenvironment. This paper introduces the background，purpose，main functions and overall framework of the construction of online approvalsupervision platform for investment projects in Guangdong Province，analyses the difficulties in the construction of the platform，and putsforward some corresponding solutions.
