Research on the Construction of Talent Cultivation Mode of Information Professional Studio

——Driven by Vocational Skills Competition

Abstract：The National Vocational Students Skills Competition was initiated by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and currently plays an important role in running schools across the country. Students who have participated in the vocational skills competition have received the favor of the industry and enterprises，and can be better and faster integrated into the working atmosphere of the company，and have been highly recognized by the company. Therefore，from the perspective of talent training objectives，student selection mechanism，and technical route of talent training，this paper systematically expounds the model of talent training in informationbased professional studios driven by vocational skill competition，the main problems encountered in the process of personnel training and the proposed solutions are analyzed. Finally，several factors affecting the success of the personnel training mode are given.
