摘 要：伴随着信息化时代的到来，科学技术和网络系统的发展已经渗透于当今社会的各个领域。在“互联网+”的发展背景下，各行各业都需要不断革新各自传统的工作方法与工作模式，进而贴近时代发展的要求和标准，提升自身的市场竞争力。本文以工程项目管理为切入点，重点分析计算机应用技术的重要性、计算机应用技术在工程项目管理工作中的问题以及其主要的应用方向。希望能够以此为广大工程项目管理人员的工作提供些许帮助。

Abstract：With the advent of the information age，the development of science and technology and network system has penetrated into all areas of today’s society. Under the background of the development of “internet plus”，all walks of life need to constantly innovate their traditional working methods and working models，and then close to the requirements and standards of the development of the times，and enhance their market competitiveness. This paper takes engineering project management as the starting point，focusing on the importance of computer application technology，the problems of computer application technology in engineering project management and its main application direction. Hope to be able to provide some help for the work of project management personnel.
