摘 要:本文对基本群优化方法进行了改进,提出一种异步消减群优化方法,从生物意义、碱基对、序列和二级结构四个层次对LncRNA 进行特征提取,采用异步消减群优化方法进行了相似度计算,进而提出一种新型与疾病关联的LncRNA 预测方法。实验结果表明,该方法预测准确率较高,具有很高的推广应用价值。

LncRNA Prediction Method for Disease Association Based on Asynchronous Subtractive Group Optimization

Abstract:Optimization method is improved,and a asynchronous subtractive group optimization method is put forward in this paper. LncRNA feature extraction is carried out from four levels of biological significance,base pairs,sequence and secondary structure.The asynchronous subtractive group optimization method is used for similarity calculation. Nextly a new type of LncRNA prediction method associated with disease is put forward. At last the experimental results show that the prediction accuracy is higher,and high value of popularization and application for this method.
