摘 要：公交调度课程教学由于行业、岗位的特殊性，存在理论与实践结合不够、实际场景化教学不足、现场随机案例训练不够等诸多教学难点。为了解决这些教学难点，借助信息技术，开发“调度大师”游戏化教学仿真软件，并将之应用于教学实践进行探究式教学，很好地解决了教学难点，改进了教学方法，优化了评价模式，在专业教学中起到良好教学效果。

Research on the Development and Application of Gamification Teaching Simulation Software
——The Breakthrough in Information Teaching of Bus Dispatching Course

Abstract：Due to the particularity of the industry and post，there are many difficulties in the teaching of bus dispatching course，such as the insufficient combination of theory and practice，the insufficient actual scene teaching，the insufficient of on-site random case training and so on. In order to solve these teaching difficulties，with the help of information technology，the gamification teaching simulation software“master of dispatcher” is developed and applied to teaching practice for inquiry teaching，which greatly solves the teaching difficulties，reforms the teaching methods，optimizes the evaluation model，and plays a good teaching effect in professional teaching.
