摘 要：提升信息化水平是“双高计划”重要任务，智慧校园高职院校支撑职业教育现代化和创新发展的新型基础设施，需要从顶层设计入手，整体规划。智慧校园建设应围绕教育教学和管理服务这两条全过程主线的信息化需求，服务于学校自身的数字化转型。广科院以“云中广科”为发展目标，按照数字化使能平台层、智慧校园应用层和智慧门户层的总体架构，分步骤建设智慧校园。并创新信息化建设机制，保障可持续发展。

Top-Level Design of the Wisdom Campus in Vocational Colleges and Universities Under the Construction Background of “Double High Plan” —Take the Construction of “Cloud-Based GPST” of Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology as an Example

Abstract: Improve the level of informationization is a main task for the“Double High Plan”, wisdom campus is a new infrastructure supporting the modernization and innovative development of vocational education in higher vocational colleges. It needs to start with top-level design and makes overall planning. The construction of wisdom campus should focus on the informatization needs of the two main lines of the whole process of education, teaching and management services, and serve the digital transformation of the school itself. Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology takes cloud-based GPST as developing target, builds a wisdom campus step by step according to the overall architecture of digital enabling platform layer, wisdom campus application layer and smart portal layer, and also innovates the informatization construction mechanism to ensure sustainable development.
