摘 要:针对 5G 通信带宽峰均比高的特点,通过分析设备需求,确定核心部件功率放大器功率回退范围,以使功放回退效率在宽带工作范围内保持较高水平,从而适应 5G 通信设备降功耗的目的。根据需求特点,设计了一款宽带高效率功放,并进行了仿真验证,验证结果证明了方案的有效性和实用性,该技术在 5G 基站发射机设备开发中可以大力推广应用。

Research on New Consumption Reduction Technology for 5G Base Station Transmitter

Abstract: In view of the high peak to average ratio of 5G communication bandwidth, the power back off range of the core component power amplifier is determined by analyzing the equipment requirements, so that the power back off efficiency of the power amplifier can be kept at a high level within the broadband working range, so as to adapt to the purpose of reducing power consumption of 5G communication equipment. According to the demand characteristics, a broadband high efficiency power amplifier is designed, and the simulation results show that the scheme is effective and practical. This technology can be vigorously promoted and applied in the development of 5G base station transmitter equipment.
