摘 要:针对当前通信天线较多依赖手工作业,在组装过程中使用大量的塑料铆钉进行各组件的定位和联接,耗时费力、效率低下的问题,提出一种通信天线的自动化装配设计方案,优化整个生产流程,解决通信天线中难以实现的快速换模,统一所有物料的组装方式,达到通信天线装配自动化的目的。实践证明,该设计方案大大降低了人力成本,提高了工作效率,具有一定的应用推广价值。

Design and Production of Communication Antenna Assembly Automation

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that communication antenna mostly relies on manual work and uses a large number of plastic rivets to position and connect components in the assembly process, which is time-consuming, laborious and inefficient, this paper proposes an automatic assembly design scheme of communication antenna, optimizes the entire production process, solves the problem of rapid mold change in communication antenna, unifies the assembly method of all materials, and achieves the purpose of automatic assembly of communication antenna. The practice proves that the design scheme greatly reduces the human cost, improves the work efficiency, and has certain application and promotion value.
