苗医火罐电加热创新改造的温度控制系统设计

摘  要:苗医是中医的一个重要分支,苗医火罐在传统苗医领域里占据重要角色。针对传统苗医拔火罐加热温度不能度量、不能控制以及没有持续稳定温灸等方面的问题,文章提出将传统苗医拔火罐统一采用酒精点火加热或内置燃烧木炭加热的方式改为电加热。火罐底部内置电热丝,火罐口内壁增加温度传感器,通过 PID 算法对电热丝进行加热,精准地控制火罐口内测气体温度,实现了拔火罐长时间持续恒定的温灸功能。实验表明,采用电加热方式的火罐进行拔罐,温灸持续时间长,温度恒定且安全可控,提升拔罐治疗效果,简化了拔罐操作,为医学火罐的改进和发展提供了借鉴,为苗医火罐的继承和发扬提供了一种新的思路。

Design of Temperature Control System for Innovative Retrofitting of Electric Heating of Miao Medicine Cupping

Abstract: Miao medicine is an important branch of Chinese medicine, and Miao medicine cupping plays an important role in the field of traditional Miao medicine. In view of the problems of traditional Miao medicine cupping that the heating temperature cannot be measured and controlled as well as the lack of continuous and stable warm moxibustion, this paper proposes to change the traditional Miao medicine cupping unified with alcohol ignition heating or built-in burning charcoal heating to electric heating. The electric wire is built in the bottom of the cupping jar, and the temperature sensor is added to the inner wall of the cupping jar mouth. It heats the electric wire by the PID algorithm to precisely control the gas temperature inside the cupping jar mouth, so that the warm moxibustion function of the cupping jar can be continuously and constantly for a long time. The experiment shows that the cupping with cupping jar of electric heating method provides a long duration of warm moxibustion, constant and safe controlled temperature, and it enhances the cupping treatment effect, simplifies the cupping operation, provides a reference for the improvement and development of medicine cupping, and provides a new idea for the inheritance and development of Miao medicine cupping.
