摘 要：职业院校教务管理系统与学校的教学水平息息相关，科学高效的教务管理系统对学校改进教学环境和提高教学质量起积极作用，本文针对目前教务管理系统存在的问题提出了优化方案，并从完善管理制度、合理开展教学质量评价、培养专业型教务管理人才、加强信息化建设、管理信息化系统的整合五个方面进行了创新。

Optimization and Innovation of Educational Administration System inVocational Colleges

Abstract：Educational administration system in vocational colleges is closely related to the teaching level of schools. Scientificand efficient educational administration system plays a positive role in improving the teaching environment and improving the teachingquality. In view of the existing problems in educational administration system at present，in view of the problems existing in the currenteducational administration system，this paper puts forward the optimization scheme，and makes innovations in five aspects：improvingthe management system，reasonably carrying out the evaluation of teaching quality，training professional educational administrationpersonnel，strengthening the construction of information technology，and integrating the management information system.
