摘 要：如今，随着社会的快速发展，新媒体技术也在不断发展，其应用的范围也愈来愈广，逐步成为社会中不可缺少的内容。同时，一个国家的文明程度与其图书馆的数量和质量息息相关，公共图书馆为社会进步创造了很多价值，而图书馆的相关工作内容需要新媒体作为支撑，其中，新媒体对咨询服务工作发挥了重要作用。为此，本文首先分析了新媒体技术的应用对于公共图书馆咨询服务产生的影响。其次，分析了目前公共图书馆咨询服务工作中存在的问题，以及出现这些问题的原因。最后，在新媒体时代下，提出了公共图书馆咨询服务运用新媒体技术的相关发展举措。

The Impact of New Media on the Reference Service of Public Libraries

Abstract：Nowadays，with the rapid development of society，new media technology is also developing continuously，and thescope of application is becoming more and more extensive，gradually becoming an indispensable part of society. At the same time，thedegree of civilization of a country is closely related to the quantity and quality of its libraries. Public libraries have created a lot of valuefor social progress，and the related work of libraries needs the support of new media，among which，they play an important role in thework of consulting services. Therefore，this paper first analyses the impact of the application of new media technology on public libraryconsulting services. Secondly，it analyses the problems existing in the consultation service of public libraries and the reasons for theseproblems. Finally，in the era of new media，this paper puts forward relevant development measures of using new media technology inPublic Library Consulting services.
