Construction and Application of Hospital Human Resources Information Database

Abstract：In the new era，the changes of the market have put forward new requirements for hospitals. In order to stand out in the modern competition and promote the long-term sustainable development of medical care，the reform achievements made by hospitals in combination with modern technology have achieved initial results. In view of the situation of public hospitals in Xi’an City，Shaanxi Province，this paper analyses the construction and application of hospital human resources information database. The analysis will lay a foundation for the hospital to improve its competitiveness in an all-round way.
