摘 要:新时期下,市场的变化为医院提出了新的要求,为了能够在现代竞争浪潮中脱颖而出,促进医疗事业长期可持续发展,医院结合现代化技术所做出的改革已经初见成效,本文针对陕西省西安市公立医院的情况,对医院人力资源信息数据库的构建以及应用进行分析,为医院全面提高竞争实力奠定基础。医院人力资源信息;数据库;医院改革

Construction and Application of Hospital Human Resources Information Database

Abstract:In the new era,the changes of the market have put forward new requirements for hospitals. In order to stand out in the modern competition and promote the long-term sustainable development of medical care,the reform achievements made by hospitals in combination with modern technology have achieved initial results. In view of the situation of public hospitals in Xi’an City,Shaanxi Province,this paper analyses the construction and application of hospital human resources information database. The analysis will lay a foundation for the hospital to improve its competitiveness in an all-round way.
