Analysis on Restricting Factors of Enterprise Archives Informatization Construction

Abstract：The development of enterprise archives management is a summary record of the operation，personnel mobilization，asset allocation and economic flow in the process of enterprise production and management. It summarizes and records the internal situation of the enterprise through archives informatization，thus laying a solid foundation for the construction and development of the enterprise to better serve the production and operation of the enterprise. In terms of the degree of informatization construction and the achievements at this stage，there are still many loopholes in the construction of archives informatization in enterprises，and there are many confusions due to the complexity of the classification of archives themselves. In the construction of enterprise archives informatization，the orientation of the corresponding work functions of employees is still unclear，and the managers of archives informatization construction themselves are not clear about their work. Lack of awareness of importance also hinders the smooth development of enterprise archives information construction to a large extent. In this paper，the obstacles encountered by enterprises in the process of archives information construction are analyzed in depth，and the restrictive factors are discussed objectively.
