摘 要：随着我国社会的迅速发展，医疗事业也得到了飞速的发展。与此同时，在医院的多层管理中，医院的人事档案管理占据着举足轻重的地位。人事档案管理主要记录着医院人员的变化，对医院的发展具有关键作用。而数字信息化也在我们的生活中应用愈来愈广泛，它的应用不仅节省了人力物力财力，也在以前的基础上提高了医院的管理效率。本文就医院人事档案管理中数字化信息应用的重要性进行探究。

Research on the Importance of Digital Information Application in Hospital Personnel Archives Management

Abstract：With the rapid development of our society，medical care has also made rapid progress. At the same time，in the multilevel management of hospitals，the management of hospital personnel files also plays a decisive role. Personnel archives management mainly records the changes of hospital personnel，and plays a key role in the development of hospitals. And digital information technology is also more and more widely used in our life. Its application not only saves human，material and financial resources，but also improves the efficiency of hospital management on the basis of the previous. This paper explores the importance of digital information application in hospital personnel file management.
