摘 要：妊娠期是女性重要时期，在此时期中女性需要增加饮食来保证自身与腹中胎儿的健康，但部分女性存在暴饮暴食、不知如何管理自身体重的问题。为此，在孕检中医生会根据孕妇实际情况制定妊娠期体重管理方案。该文就传统妊娠期体重管理存在的问题进行阐述，并对移动医疗在妊娠期体重管理中的重要意义与价值以及存在问题进行讲解。

Abstract：Pregnancy is an important period for women，in this period women need to increase diet to ensure the health of themselves and the fetus in the abdomen，but some women have binge-eating，do not know how to manage their weight. For this reason，in the pregnancy examination，the doctor will make the pregnancy weight management plan according to the actual situation of the pregnant woman. In this paper，the author expounds the problems existing in the traditional gestational weight management，and explains the significance and value of mobile medical treatment in the gestational weight management and the existing problems.
