摘 要：通过总结多地办案经验，以及人工智能技术在公安执法办案中的实际应用可以发现以下几点：人工智能有利于改变审核模式，转变侦查重心。但是在发展过程中，也必须解决多项难题，包括理论与认识之间的偏差、算法与引擎之间的黑洞、人才与专业之间的不匹配等。人工智能在介入公安执法办案中，不仅要关注难题的解决，更是要关注融合程度、介入程度以及如何介入。该文主要探讨在智慧城市背景下，在公安执法办案中如何更好应用人工智能技术。

Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Public Security Law Enforcement Cases under Smart City

Abstract：By summing up the experience of handling cases in multiple places，and the practical application of artificial intelligence technology in the handling of public security law enforcement cases，it can be found that there are the following points：Artificial intelligence is conducive to changing the audit mode and the focus of investigation. However，in the development process，a number of difficult problems must also be solved，including the deviation between theory and understanding，the black hole between the algorithm and the engine，and the mismatch between talent and profession. When artificial intelligence intervenes in public security law enforcement cases，it is necessary to focus not only on solving difficult problems，but also on the degree of integration，degree of intervention and how to intervene. This article mainly discusses how to better apply artificial intelligence technology in public security law enforcement cases in the context of smart city.
