摘 要：创建以“互联网+”为基础，具有院内、外全程协同诊疗服务功能的家庭病床信息系统。构建“互联网+ 医疗+物联网+ 智慧居家终端”的新服务模式，形成围绕患者健康服务赋能的移动式智慧家庭病床服务。该系统成功在上海多家社区卫生服务中心部署，系统的设计具有较强的实用性和推广性，有效提高了卫生资源使用效率、降低了患者的医疗成本、缓解了医院床位紧张的压力，满足人民群众的健康需求。

Design and Practice of “Internet Plus Family” Sickbed Information System

Abstract：To create a family sickbed information system based on “internet plus” and with the function of in-hospital and outhospital coordinated diagnosis and treatment service. To construct a new service model of “Internet plus Medical plus Internet of things plus Intelligent home terminal”，and to form a mobile intelligent home sickbed management platform centering on patient health services.The system has been successfully deployed in many community health service centers in Shanghai. The design of the system has strong practicability and popularization，effectively improving the efficiency of health resources use，reducing the medical cost of patients，easing the pressure of hospital bed tension，and meeting the health needs of the people.
