基于调控云的电网跳闸告警研判技术研究

摘  要:近年国内电网建设发展迅猛,在调控一体化管理模式下,对调控中心开展电网故障处置分析的迅速性、准确性要求不断提高,省级调控机构监视电网的电压等级,也由 220 kV 下沉至 10 kV。调控云平台能够提供 10 kV 以上电网全数据,文章通过分析发现云平台现有数据质量较低,无法满足传统电网故障告警研判技术的要求;研究了适用当前基础数据的设备跳闸告警研判技术,提高告警准确率,为调控人员监视电网运行、及时处置故障提供有力支撑。

Research on the Research and Judgment Technology of Power Grid Trip Alarm Based on Dispatching and Control Cloud

Abstract: In recent years, the construction of domestic power grid has developed rapidly, under the integrated management mode of dispatching and control, the requirements for the rapidity and accuracy of the power grid fault analysis carried out by the regulation and control center are continuously improved. The voltage level range monitored by the provincial regulation and control organization also sank from 220 kV to 10 kV. The regulation cloud platform can provide full data of power grids above 10 kV, through analysis, it is found that the existing data quality of cloud platform is low, which can not meet the requirements of traditional power grid fault alarm research and judgment technology; the research and judgment technology of equipment trip alarm applicable to the current basic data is studied to improve the alarm accuracy and provide strong support for regulators to monitor the operation of power grid and deal with faults in time.
