摘 要：文章以 514 名高职院校在校大学生为研究对象，运用 SmartPLS 3.2.8 统计软件，探究学校创新氛围和高职院校学生创新行为之间的关系。研究结果发现：学生的创造力对高职院校学生的创新行为有显著正向影响，学校的创新氛围通过学生的创造力的中介作用影响学生的创新行为，学校的创新氛围对学生的创新行为没有显著的直接影响。该研究结果有利于进一步探索创新行为的影响因素，同时为高职院校人才培养改革提供参考建议。

Research on the Relationship between School’s Innovation Atmosphere and Students’ Innovation Behavior Based on SmartPLS
—Take Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

Abstract: Taking 514 higher vocational college students as the research object, this paper uses SmartPLS 3.2.8 statistical software to explore the relationship between school’s innovation atmosphere and students’ innovation behavior. The results indicate that students’ creativity has significant positive impact on students’ innovation behavior in higher vocational colleges, and school’s innovation atmosphere indirectly influences students’ innovation behavior through the intermediary effect of students’ creativity, but school’s innovation atmosphere has no significant direct impact on students’ innovation behavior. The result of this study is helpful to further explore influencing factors of innovation behavior and provide reference and suggestions for the talent training reform in higher vocational colleges at the same time.
