摘 要：在推进教育治理现代化与建设数字中国新时代背景下，大数据、云计算及人工智能等信息技术赋能高校政务信息化的数字治理研究，对高校政务信息化有重要意义。通过对国内外数字治理研究文献的剖析，采用定性与定量相结合研究方法，从数字治理理论本源开端为出发点，归纳出高校政务信息化迈向数字治理发展的演进脉络、热点与趋势。最终提出数字治理对重塑、完善和提升高校政务信息化建设和管理水平的对策。

Research on Literature Review and Knowledge Graph of Digital Governance of University’s Administration Informatization

Abstract: Under the background of promoting the modernization of educational governance and constructing a new era of Digital China, the research on digital governance of university’s administration informatization enabled by information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence is of great significance to university’s administration informatization. Through the analysis of the research literature on digital governance at home and abroad, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and starting from the origin of digital governance theory, this paper summarizes the evolution context, hot spots and trend of the development of university’s administration informatization towards digital governance. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures of digital governance to reshape, perfect and improve the construction and management level of university’s administration informatization.
