摘 要：从上海大学学生档案接待登记系统的实践中，强调高校学生档案管理信息系统接待登记界面要坚持学号即是档号的原则，简洁易用、全面准确的原则，运用分级下拉框显示的方法、显示和隐藏相结合的方法，详细记录归档、利用、转档的具体登记内容。登记管理界面的设计要实现好登记数据的关联、比对、查询。学生档案接待登记系统的未来发展趋势是结合电子归档和档案的数字化，并实现远程利用和远程登记。

Application Analysis of Student Archives Reception and Registration System

Abstract: From the practice of the student archive reception and registration system of Shanghai University, it is emphasized that the reception and registration interface of the university student archive management information system should adhere to the principle that the student number is the archive number, concise and easy to use, comprehensive and accurate principle. And it uses the method of hierarchical drop-down box display and the combination of display and hiding to record the specific registration contents of archiving, utilization and archive transfer in detail. The design of registration management interface should realize the association, comparison and query of registration data. The future development trend of student archives reception and registration system is to combine electronic archiving and digitization of archives, and realize remote utilization and remote registration.
