摘 要:为了改善宿舍储物设施使用环境,提高大学生收纳的易操作性,文章以人机工程仿真软件 Jack 为工具,建立了更符合大学生身体数据的虚拟人体模型和宿舍储物设施人机工程仿真模型,分析了大学生的臂展可达性、腰椎舒适性和拿取物品难易程度,辨别现有宿舍储物设施设计中的缺陷。通过生理学、人体测量学、心理学、生物力学与设施的物理特征和结构相结合,从板件分布、构件添加、材质处理等方面对现有储物设施进行优化改良设计。

Research on the Improvement of College Dormitory Storage Facilities Based on Jack Simulation System

Abstract: In order to improve the use environment of dormitory storage facilities and improve the operability of college students' storage, a virtual human body model and a Man-Machine Engineering simulation model of dormitory storage facilities that are more in line with college students' body data are attempted to be established by using the Man-Machine Engineering simulation software Jack. On this basis, the reach ability of college students' arms, lumbar comfort and the difficulty of taking things are analyzed, and the defects in the design of existing dormitory storage facilities are identified. Through the combination of physiology, anthropometry, psychology, biomechanics and the physical characteristics and structure of the facilities, the existing storage facilities are optimized and improved in terms of plate distribution, component addition and material treatment.
