摘 要：在国际市场石油产品竞争力逐渐增大的前提下，我国关于存储原油油库的设计与管理也开始进入新的发展阶段。可靠性理论是研究系统运行的评估和控制理论，能够对日益复杂化的油库设计进行定性和定量评估，保证油库在严酷环境下正常运转。本文主要探讨了可靠性分析对油库设计和管理的作用，通过分析油库定量装车系统，对油库的使用性能、安全性与经济性等进行设计，并提出相应的油库建设与管理方案。

The Research on the Role of Reliability Analysis in Oil Tank Design and Management

Abstract：Under the premise of increasing competitiveness of petroleum products in the international market，the design andmanagement of crude oil depots in China has also entered a new stage of development. Reliability theory，as the evaluation and controltheory of the research system operation，can make qualitative and quantitative assessment of the increasingly complex oil depot design，so as to ensure the normal operation of the oil depot in a severe environment. This article mainly discusses the role of reliability analysis inthe design and management of oil depots. Through analyzing the quantitative loading system of oil depots，the use performance，safetyand economy of oil depots are designed，and corresponding plans for oil depotconstruction and management are proposed.
